Pizza To Go
It’s happening. You’ve asked, we’ve listened, and we will deliver. Quite literally.
We have launched our Il Cappello napoletana pizza and it will be available for purchase for pickup and delivery.
Orders can be placed exclusively through the Dolce Amore app, or via order.dolceamore.ca.
The Negroni Bar
In 1919, Count Camillo Negroni was looking for a twist on his favourite cocktail, the Americano. His bartender, Fosco Scarselli, swapped the soda water for gin, and the lemon garnish to an orange twist, and the Negroni was born.
Originating from Firenze, the first Negroni was poured at Caffe Casoni. Florence is a second home to our owners, and the Negroni is their favourite cocktail, so it was only natural that we launch a Negroni Bar here at Il Cappello; a nod to our ancestry, our heritage, and our passion.
